Join us for a walk and talk event where you can enjoy the last days of warm, summer weather and get to know your healthcare providers outside of the hospital! This session of Medicine on the Move provides health education on heart health by our expert Heart Failure & Stroke Coordinator. After a walk around the park, a healthy snack and water will be provided. In addition, all participants will receive a free pedometer.
