Pottstown Memorial Medical Center names Employee of the Month for November
Pottstown, PA - December, 2015 - Ray Martz has been named the November Employee of the Month for Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. The recognition is based upon the Pottstown Memorial Medical Center designated Pillars of Excellence (Service, Growth, Finance, People, and Quality). Employees are nominated for the award by their colleagues based on their commitment to patient care, their professionalism and their contributions on the job. Ray Martz was chosen under the Service, Finance, People, and Quality pillars for always putting the needs of patients first and has worked diligently to assist seniors with establishing and maintaining their fitness program. Ray exhibits leadership qualities on a daily basis throughout his department.

Ray Martz has been an employee at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center since 1987. "Ray's fitness members love coming to CarePlex because of the personal attention and encouragement he provides," says Robin McMonagle, Director of Rehabilitation Services and Occupational Health, Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. "He has instilled a special camaraderie among our members."
Ray enjoys spending time with his family and pet dog.
